At ALL OCCASIONS PARTY & EVENT RENTALS we’ve built a name for ourselves in the tent industry. Tent prices include set-up and take down. Delivery fees vary on location and are available for reasonable rates. Delivery is mandatory for all tent rentals (except for EZ-Up Tents and Umbrellas). Every event is different and your site may have unique tenting requirements. Please call us to discuss your ideas further!
Maximum seating Capacity refers to seating 10 people per table at 5′ Round or rectangular tables. Depending on your event you may choose to seat 6 or 8 at these tables or use a variety of tables. in addition more space is required to accommodate bar areas, dance floors etc. We are happy do a CAD drawings specifically for your event to help you choose the tenting to best suit your needs.

Tidewater® Sailcloth Tents are constructed of a durable sailcloth material and are an incredibly elegant alternative for outdoor events. The sculpted peaks and eaves combined with a no-valance design creates an open airy event space like nothing you’ve seen before. The translucency of the sailcloth fabric allows natural light to enhance your next daytime event and positively glows when lit for evening gatherings.

Sailcloth Frame Tent – “Boldly goes where no Sailcloth tent has gone before!” The new Sailcloth Frame Tent offers the incredible look and details of a traditional Sailcloth Tent; with its hand stitched translucent canopy and beautiful wood finished poles. The bonus of this new tent is it can fit in places where previous Sailcloth Tents could not. While it can be staked in the ground in the traditional manner, the Sailcloth Frame Tent can also be installed on paved or concrete surfaces. These tents come in 20’ sections that are 10’ wide. They can be rented as individual 10 x 20’s for bar tents, annexes etc. or they can be joined without a gutter using common rafters to form long continuous tents to form a covered walkway.

From the ultra white block out fabric to the peaked design, the Festival series is impressive both in form and in function. These tents have no interior poles to interrupt the floor space and fewer perimeter poles than most other frame tents. With an interior height of up to 26′ you and your guests will be impressed with the open lofty feel.

POP-UP TENTS These tents set up in less than 2 minutes! They are a versatile option that is good for a variety of applications that require temporary shelter, ease of set-up and rapid installation. PLEASE NOTE- Pop-Up tents will not stand up to wind, moderate or heavy rain. In this situation a Marquee or frame tent should always be used.
